Update My Information

We are continually searching for ways to improve service to our members with new technology and other means. With the mobility people have these days contacting you has become quite a challenge for us as more and more people rely on cell phones for their phone service. When we try to contact you regarding a planned outage or other service related questions, we find more and more phone numbers are no longer valid.

There exists a greater amount of options to contact members than there has ever been before, such as e-mail, texting, Twitter, Facebook and a landline phone. We are learning how to utilize these as tools to communicate with you in a timely fashion. In order to help us with that task we ask that you take the time to fill out the form below.
